Shipping Information:

Orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 72 hours after full payment has been received. Shipping usually takes 3-5* days. Once a tracking number has been issued, it will be sent to your E-Mail address so you can track its progress from home.

*(Not responsible for service transit times. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Customer satisfaction is always our ultimate goal. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less s/h charges and a 10% restocking fee) within seven (7) days after receipt of order.

PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal is my preferred method of payment. If you feel more secure paying with a personal check or money order, please E-Mail us for further instructions.

SHIPPING: Shipping is for the United States only, and only to a physical street address. No P.O. Boxes, so please supply a physical street address for shipping.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER: You may cancel your order within 24 hours and any monies received will be refunded. Just send us an E-Mail with your order number stating you want to cancel.

DAMAGES: All items are "NEW IN BOX" and shipped directly from our warehouse. If any item(s) is received in damaged condition, a replacement item(s) will be shipped when damaged item(s) is received back. You must immediately notify us by E-Mail so a return authorization may be issued to you along with a return address label. ITEM(s) MUST BE SHIPPED BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CARTON/PACKAGING.

Q: What other payment options do you have? A: PayPal is my preferred method for online payments, but if you prefer, I also accept personal checks* and money orders* that are drawn on U.S. banking institutions only and for the exact amount of order. *(This method of payment will incur an additional 7-10 days wait for all funds to clear all banking institutions involved)

Q: Can I track the status of my own order? A: YES. Once a tracking number is issued, it will be E-Mailed to you.

Q: What if an item becomes out of stock after I placed my order and paid for it? A: All items in stock status are updated on the website as soon as we are notified. If a situation occurs you will be notified and given the option of a refund or wait until that item comes back in stock.
